    I got appointment promptly in 2 days.Ben was really helpful. After the first session I’ve started already to feel better and felt that my issue had been understood and could be resolved with the exercises I’ve been given.I’ve been recovered in 10 sessions.Really recommend.

    I visited London City Physiotherapy at Canary Wharf after an ankle arthroscopy. Mr Ben Lee's exercises and holistic treatment helped me to walk long distances already in a month after the first visit. I've never before experienced someone so attuned to the fine workings of the musculosceletal system.

    Laure helped me to walk again after my NHS hip replacement with her unique technique of combining deep massage with the right excises. The NHS left me in limbo over several months without a proper rehabilitation plan. Laure is empathetic and encouraging. After few sessions, I am able to walk much better without terrible pain.

    Ben is excellent. I’ve used him for years for various different injuries on my knee, lower back and most recently my calf- and he is excellent in how he treats the issue. Would highly recommend him!

    Mr Ben is a magician!!! Literally will figure out what the problem is and will target it. You will see improvements in no time!!!!I am few sessions in with him for my thoracic back pain and I have started seeing a lot of improvements

    Ben is an excellent physio and I highly recommend working with him to rehab from injury. He helped me recover following a fairly extensive ankle surgery. His approach helped me to rebuild strength, balance, and trust in my ankle again at the right pace to avoid further injury.

    I am an elite basketball player for GB. After seeing lots of health professionals over the years Jaro has been amazing. I had a knee injury in this case and the work done on the knee relieved the pain but also gave my range of movement back. All the way through Jaro was very informative about where the problem was and how I could support injury recovery further myself. Absolutely excellent. I highly recommend.

    I somehow injured my shoulder in the gym, I didn’t want to make a fuss and just thought, that like everything else, it would get better on its own.So I was in agony for weeks, including being unable to sleep and pick up my son before deciding to get some help.London City Physio did an incredible job of diagnosing the issue and then went about carefully helping to rehabilitate my shoulder and other issues that seemed to stem from it. I ended up having 8 sessions and can now say that I feel back to my best and the pain is a distant memory. I can’t thank nor recommend Ben, Charlie and Laure enough. Excellent service

    Laure and Ben are an incredible pair of physiotherapists - the best ones I’ve ever had. They helped me heal from hip pain (hip burstitis) with their deep tissue physio massages and encouragement all the way.     I when to the clinic because of pain in my knee. After I had an amazing treatment from Mr Ben Lee, I had a follow up appointment with Mr Jaro Wojciechowski. His hands were like magic.I instantly felt a relief, big improvement in level of pain and walking.Highly recommend!

    After undergoing a bicep rupture operation, I was referred to Ben Lee at London City Physiotherapy, whom I have been visiting for the past 7 weeks to aid my recovery post-operation. I've been amazed at how quickly I've been able to regain strength in my arm, thanks in large part to Ben's physiotherapy expertise. I'm truly grateful for his support.     Ben is an incredible physiotherapist. He is persistent when finding the causation of the pain in order to treat the problem completely. He may also use holistic approaches such as accupuncture if he feels the condition would benefit from such a treatment. His office is also decorated with a lot of thought and style and is therapeutic in itself. The environment is calming, even when going through some painful treatment. I highly recommend Ben - you will be in trusted hands!

    I’m so happy i have found Ben Lee for my post-bunion surgery. I’ve enjoyed very much our sessions as he deeply cared about my recovery: he provided many exercices and vidéos to help me stretch my mobility, he massaged and kept me distracted by the pain with lovely conversation and truly went beyond one day I needed help with printing a document. He’s a wonderful professional who is also very human, I recommend him to everyone!

    LCP at Canary Wharf really helped me with the shoulder and foot pain I experienced before Christmas.I booked my appointments with Mr Benjamin Lee who has been excellent in diagnosing and treating the painful areas. His acupuncture and massage techniques were excellent for the pain relief. The Rooms are very accessible in the main tower at Canary Wharf and both very clean and hygienic.I can strongly recommend LCP and Mr Lee.

    Jaro is an amazing sports masseur and I couldn't be happier with the results. After a gym accident, I had been experiencing issues with my ulnar nerve and was in quite a bit of discomfort. Jaro was very knowledgeable and he really took the time to listen to my concerns. He tried a variety of techniques to help alleviate my pain and it was clear that he truly cares about his clients.     Ben is amazing!I had an issue in my neck which I was unable to resolve with pain medication or via an online physio session recommended by my GP. So I booked a consultation to see Ben and during the first visit he was able to identify the root cause of my symptoms and began to treat me until the pain went away.A true professional who I would highly recommend.

    Ben treated me for ankle pain and managed to get me back to fitness in time for my marathon. Allowing me to race but also helping to identify issues in my stretching routine.     I saw Ben after surgery on my foot and I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and also very caring. When I had other medical issues going on he made sure I kept him updated. My foot is now fully functional again and only 5 months after surgery. The exercises Ben gave me to do helped with my speedy return to my normal activities. Thank you Ben.

    I've seen Ben for two separate problems and he has been phenomenal in helping me with both (hand and knee issues). He has a lovely demeanour, and is very personable. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, and follows up with helpful recommendations for exercises, etc. I would highly recommend him for physiotherapy.

    Great company - Ben Lee has been a great support with his physio over the last couple of years and always has plenty of suggestions to help in person or virtually to improve issues with my bac, hamstrings and calf muscles. The Zoom meetings have worked well and been the next best thing to physically meeting in person. The support team are also fantastic too with excellent admin/service (thks Jess & team) and work seamlessly with medical insurance companies etc. Thanks to everyone at London City Physio through the pandemic especially.

    I have been seeing Ben for physiotherapy + Jaro for sports massage.I can without hesitation recommend both.Ben has been exceptional in identifying and solving a number of issues I was facing with my knee following ACL reconstruction.Jaro on the otherhand was able to relax my muscles so much in a single session that my leg feels almost uninjured.Thank you both

    Without any hesitation I highly recommend Ben. His use of a combination of acupuncture and physiotherapy worked amazingly on a shoulder injury I sustained playing tennis badly. There was a huge improvement in mobility after the first session which was consolidated with follow up visits. Ben is good at setting people at ease, at explaining things in a straight forward way and is clear about the treatment needed. Soothing music plays in the background whilst he gives the maximum amount of treatment per session. Completely professional - and with a warm personality.

    I visited London City Physiotherapy at Canary Wharf after an ankle arthroscopy.     Laure helped me to walk again after my NHS hip replacement with her unique technique of combining deep massage with the right excises. The NHS left me in limbo over several months without a proper rehabilitation plan. Laure is empathetic and encouraging. After few sessions, I am able to walk much better without terrible pain.

    I am an elite basketball player for GB. After seeing lots of health professionals over the years Jaro has been amazing. I had a knee injury in this case and the work done on the knee relieved the pain but also gave my range of movement back. All the way through Jaro was very informative about where the problem was and how I could support injury recovery further myself. Absolutely excellent. I highly recommend.

    I somehow injured my shoulder in the gym, I didn’t want to make a fuss and just thought, that like everything else, it would get better on its own.So I was in agony for weeks, including being unable to sleep and pick up my son before deciding to get some help.London City Physio did an incredible job of diagnosing the issue and then went about carefully helping to rehabilitate my shoulder and other issues that seemed to stem from it. I ended up having 8 sessions and can now say that I feel back to my best and the pain is a distant memory. I can’t thank nor recommend Ben, Charlie and Laure enough. Excellent service

    Ben is an incredible physiotherapist. He is persistent when finding the causation of the pain in order to treat the problem completely. He may also use holistic approaches such as accupuncture if he feels the condition would benefit from such a treatment.     I’m so happy i have found Ben Lee for my post-bunion surgery. I’ve enjoyed very much our sessions as he deeply cared about my recovery: he provided many exercices and vidéos to help me stretch my mobility, he massaged and kept me distracted by the pain with lovely conversation and truly went beyond one day I needed help with printing a document.     LCP at Canary Wharf really helped me with the shoulder and foot pain I experienced before Christmas.I booked my appointments with Mr Benjamin Lee who has been excellent in diagnosing and treating the painful areas.     Jaro is an amazing sports masseur and I couldn't be happier with the results. After a gym accident, I had been experiencing issues with my ulnar nerve and was in quite a bit of discomfort. Jaro was very knowledgeable and he really took the time to listen to my concerns. He tried a variety of techniques to help alleviate my pain and it was clear that he truly cares about his clients.     I saw Ben after surgery on my foot and I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and also very caring. When I had other medical issues going on he made sure I kept him updated. My foot is now fully functional again and only 5 months after surgery. The exercises Ben gave me to do helped with my speedy return to my normal activities. Thank you Ben.

    I've seen Ben for two separate problems and he has been phenomenal in helping me with both (hand and knee issues). He has a lovely demeanour, and is very personable.     Great company - Ben Lee has been a great support with his physio over the last couple of years and always has plenty of suggestions to help in person or virtually to improve issues with my bac, hamstrings and calf muscles. The Zoom meetings have worked well and been the next best thing to physically meeting in person.     Without any hesitation I highly recommend Ben. His use of a combination of acupuncture and physiotherapy worked amazingly on a shoulder injury I sustained playing tennis badly. There was a huge improvement in mobility after the first session which was consolidated with follow up visits. Ben is good at setting people at ease, at explaining things in a straight forward way and is clear about the treatment needed. Soothing music plays in the background whilst he gives the maximum amount of treatment per session. Completely professional - and with a warm personality.

    Laure helped me to walk again after my NHS hip replacement with her unique technique of combining deep massage with the right excises. The NHS left me in limbo over several months without a proper rehabilitation plan. Laure is empathetic and encouraging. After few sessions, I am able to walk much better without terrible pain.

    I am an elite basketball player for GB. After seeing lots of health professionals over the years Jaro has been amazing. I had a knee injury in this case and the work done on the knee relieved the pain but also gave my range of movement back. All the way through Jaro was very informative about where the problem was and how I could support injury recovery further myself. Absolutely excellent. I highly recommend.

    I somehow injured my shoulder in the gym, I didn’t want to make a fuss and just thought, that like everything else, it would get better on its own.So I was in agony for weeks, including being unable to sleep and pick up my son before deciding to get some help.London City Physio did an incredible job of diagnosing the issue and then went about carefully helping to rehabilitate my shoulder and other issues that seemed to stem from it. I ended up having 8 sessions and can now say that I feel back to my best and the pain is a distant memory. I can’t thank nor recommend Ben, Charlie and Laure enough. Excellent service

    Ben is an incredible physiotherapist. He is persistent when finding the causation of the pain in order to treat the problem completely. He may also use holistic approaches such as accupuncture if he feels the condition would benefit from such a treatment.     I’m so happy i have found Ben Lee for my post-bunion surgery. I’ve enjoyed very much our sessions as he deeply cared about my recovery: he provided many exercices and vidéos to help me stretch my mobility, he massaged and kept me distracted by the pain with lovely conversation and truly went beyond one day I needed help with printing a document.     I saw Ben after surgery on my foot and I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and also very caring. When I had other medical issues going on he made sure I kept him updated.     Great company - Ben Lee has been a great support with his physio over the last couple of years and always has plenty of suggestions to help in person or virtually to improve issues with my bac, hamstrings and calf muscles. The Zoom meetings have worked well and been the next best thing to physically meeting in person. The support team are also fantastic too with excellent admin/service (thks Jess & team) and work seamlessly with medical insurance companies etc. Thanks to everyone at London City Physio through the pandemic especially.

    Without any hesitation I highly recommend Ben. His use of a combination of acupuncture and physiotherapy worked amazingly on a shoulder injury I sustained playing tennis badly. There was a huge improvement in mobility after the first session which was consolidated with follow up visits. Ben is good at setting people at ease, at explaining things in a straight forward way and is clear about the treatment needed. Soothing music plays in the background whilst he gives the maximum amount of treatment per session. Completely professional - and with a warm personality.

    I visited London City Physiotherapy at Canary Wharf after an ankle arthroscopy.     Laure helped me to walk again after my NHS hip replacement with her unique technique of combining deep massage with the right excises. The NHS left me in limbo over several months without a proper rehabilitation plan. Laure is empathetic and encouraging. After few sessions, I am able to walk much better without terrible pain.

    I am an elite basketball player for GB. After seeing lots of health professionals over the years Jaro has been amazing. I had a knee injury in this case and the work done on the knee relieved the pain but also gave my range of movement back. All the way through Jaro was very informative about where the problem was and how I could support injury recovery further myself. Absolutely excellent. I highly recommend.

    I somehow injured my shoulder in the gym, I didn’t want to make a fuss and just thought, that like everything else, it would get better on its own.So I was in agony for weeks, including being unable to sleep and pick up my son before deciding to get some help.London City Physio did an incredible job of diagnosing the issue and then went about carefully helping to rehabilitate my shoulder and other issues that seemed to stem from it. I ended up having 8 sessions and can now say that I feel back to my best and the pain is a distant memory. I can’t thank nor recommend Ben, Charlie and Laure enough. Excellent service

    Ben is an incredible physiotherapist. He is persistent when finding the causation of the pain in order to treat the problem completely. He may also use holistic approaches such as accupuncture if he feels the condition would benefit from such a treatment.     I’m so happy i have found Ben Lee for my post-bunion surgery. I’ve enjoyed very much our sessions as he deeply cared about my recovery: he provided many exercices and vidéos to help me stretch my mobility, he massaged and kept me distracted by the pain with lovely conversation and truly went beyond one day I needed help with printing a document.     Jaro is an amazing sports masseur and I couldn't be happier with the results. After a gym accident, I had been experiencing issues with my ulnar nerve and was in quite a bit of discomfort.     I saw Ben after surgery on my foot and I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and also very caring. When I had other medical issues going on he made sure I kept him updated.     I've seen Ben for two separate problems and he has been phenomenal in helping me with both (hand and knee issues). He has a lovely demeanour, and is very personable.     Ben is an excellent physio. Knows exactly what he's doing and can identify issues straight away. Very professional but remains friendly and approachable. I would recommend Ben to anyone!

    I had a series with physio sessions with Ben Lee for my lower back pain. Ben was quick to diagnose the problem and treat me. With his help I felt better very quickly. Excellent professional, very satified, would defintiely recommend!

    Great company - Ben Lee has been a great support with his physio over the last couple of years and always has plenty of suggestions to help in person or virtually to improve issues with my bac, hamstrings and calf muscles. The Zoom meetings have worked well and been the next best thing to physically meeting in person. The support team are also fantastic too with excellent admin/service (thks Jess & team) and work seamlessly with medical insurance companies etc. Thanks to everyone at London City Physio through the pandemic especially.

    I have been seeing Ben for physiotherapy + Jaro for sports massage.I can without hesitation recommend both.Ben has been exceptional in identifying and solving a number of issues I was facing with my knee following ACL reconstruction.Jaro on the otherhand was able to relax my muscles so much in a single session that my leg feels almost uninjured.Thank you both

    I have had both physio with Ben and sports massage with Jaro at the Canary Wharf location. It’s helped to release pain in my neck and shoulder brought on from working remotely over a prolonged period. Highly recommend both of the team.

    Without any hesitation I highly recommend Ben. His use of a combination of acupuncture and physiotherapy worked amazingly on a shoulder injury I sustained playing tennis badly. There was a huge improvement in mobility after the first session which was consolidated with follow up visits. Ben is good at setting people at ease, at explaining things in a straight forward way and is clear about the treatment needed. Soothing music plays in the background whilst he gives the maximum amount of treatment per session. Completely professional - and with a warm personality.
